1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation.

After Shipping

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to the Return Process below).

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be:

• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Timeframe: Returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items labeled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

• Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Exceptions: Delivery times may vary due to location, product availability, or unforeseen delays.
